Sunny weather instantly makes the contents of your freezer a top concern, right? There’s nothing better than an ice-cold, refreshing snack to cool you down on a hot summer’s day, or right after a sweaty gym session. Even better if it can provide a helpful hit of protein for your training goals at the same time.

That’s why I’ve put together some of my top high-protein ice cream and ice lolly recipes for you to get stuck into. 4 ingredients. 30 seconds. Yep, it really is that simple to make delicious ice cream at home. This recipe can also be made totally vegan-friendly too, just by switching out the protein to a plant-based option like Soy Protein Isolate.

It’s incredible on its own or easy to make into something fancier too - why not create your very own high-protein ice cream sundae by layering up with pieces of your favourite protein bar and a drizzle of Sugar-Free Syrup. Instant showstopper.
