FAQs
Can I prep the mixture in advance?
Yes! You can make the mixture ahead of time. For a creamier texture, stir it every hour for the first 4 hours of freezing.
How do I prevent ice crystals from forming?
Cover the surface of the mixture with cling film before freezing, as this helps reduce ice crystals.
How do I make them less sweet?
To dial down the sweetness, reduce the amount of maple syrup or use unsweetened yoghurt.
