Had enough of delicious Easter recipes yet? Of course, you haven’t.

Luckily @healthy_floflo is back with another chocolatey recipe to satisfy any Easter weekend hunger pangs. And what’s even better, they only need three ingredients to come to life. These will definitely be a post-roast dinner party pleaser.

Crumbly biscuits topped with creamy chocolate protein spread and bedazzled with Mini Eggs or another chocolatey treat of choice. Psst... we recommend the Layered Bar if you fancy an extra protein punch.

But that’s enough of me talking about them. Here’s how to make ‘em.
Servings
Makes 10 cookies.

Ingredients

Instructions

1.

Add your chocolate spread and egg into a bowl and mix until smooth.

2.

Next, add your flour and mix until fully combined into a dough.

3.

Roll into 10 balls and lay onto a lined baking sheet.

4.

Press the back of a small spoon into the centre of each cookie to create a dip in the middle.

5.

Bake for 8-10 minutes at 170°C.

6.

Once the cookies have cooled, pipe (or spoon!) Chocolate Spread into the centre of each cookie.

7.

Top with Mini Eggs and enjoy!
