Our simple guacamole recipe is the perfect quick and easy snack!
It will last in the fridge for 2-3 days.
1 Medium Avocado
1 Fresh Tomato
½ Red Onion
Salt and Pepper to taste
1) Remove the outer peel and stone from the avocado and mash with salt and pepper.
2) Finely slice the onion and add to the avocado.
3) Finely chop the tomato and add to the other ingredients.
4) Mix everything together and serve with Protein crisps.
For half guacamole dish + half of protein crisps
