These fudgey brownies are the answer to your chocolate cravings.

Incredibly rich and seriously chocolatey, these brownies from @emmafituk_ taste like an indulgent treat but come in at just 99 calories per bar. Absolute dream.

Boosted with chocolate Impact Whey Protein and chunks of decadent Hotel Chocolat Protein Bar for good measure, they also provide 10g of protein – perfect for supporting your training progress. They’re an ideal sweet snack to have on hand for mid-morning munchies, a post-workout recharge, or something to see you off after dinner.

A batch takes very little time to whip up, the real test is in making them last longer than a few minutes.

Makes 8

Preheat the oven to 170’C and line a baking tray with baking paper.

In a bowl, sift the flour, protein powder, cocoa powder, and bicarbonate of soda, then whisk to combine.

Melt your nutella by putting it in a microwave for 15 seconds on low.

Once your dry mixture is combined, add in the yoghurt, melted nutella, vanilla FlavDrops, and milk, then mix to create a brownie batter.

Add in half the chopped up protein bar, then pour the mixture into your pan.

Sprinkle with chocolate chips, then place in the oven to bake for 15-20 minutes.

Allow to cool, then slice into 8 and dig in.
