Healthy Meals | Turkey Mince Meat Balls


Our Turkey Mince Meat Balls are an ideal meal prep recipe, they are made in bulk and will go with any meal cold or hot, with salad for lunch or with mixed beans for an evening meal!


– 450g Turkey Mince

– 1 Small Red Onion

– 1 Garlic Clove

– 1 Egg

– 1 Scoop Myprotein Rolled Oats

– Salt and Pepper


1) To a food processor add the onion, garlic and oats pulse until evenly chopped (or hand chop thinly)

2) Mix the chopped veg and mince together then add the egg to bind everything together

3) Sprinkle with salt and pepper, make sure everything is evenly combined

4) Then with slightly wet hand start making the balls taking a pinch of the meat mixture and roll it into a ball and place on a greased tray

5) Continue until all the mixture has gone and all balls are evenly sized

6) Leave in the fridge for 1 hour to firm up then place in the oven on 190oC for 25 minutes until golden brown.
