MACROS PER MUFFIN (INGREDIENTS MAKE 4)

Calories: 81          Protein: 10g          Fat: 4g          Carbs: 2g          Sugar: 1g      


Ingredients

 
50g High-Protein, Low-Fat Cheese

75ml Skimmed milk (or alternative)

150g Grated Courgette

3 Medium Eggs

Salt and Pepper


Method

 
1) Pre heat the oven on 180oC.

2) To a mixing bowl add all ingredients and mix together well.

3) Pour the mixture evenly into the muffin tray.

4) Bake for 12 – 15 minutes until golden brown.
