There’s no denying that a pumpkin spice latte is the drink of the season. But this recipe takes the delicious flavour one step further, making sure you get 25g of protein to start your day right.
Ingredients
- 1 Scoop of Pumpkin Spice Impact Whey
- 200ml milk of your choice
- 100ml water
- 1 tbsp coffee
- Optional low cal cream and chocolate sprinkles
Instructions
Put your ice cubes in a glass, filling it about halfway.
Put all your ingredients into a measuring cup and whisk — you can use a mini electric whisk or just mix it together with a fork.
Pour the mixture into your glass over the ice, and enjoy!
Toppings are optional, but if you fancy being extra, add whipped cream and sprinkles.
