Creamy, fruity, and cool, these little bites of protein goodness are just what you need after a hot workout or sunny outdoor run. They’re packed with refreshing flavour and a helpful little hit of protein to get you one step closer to your macro goals.

They’re definitely one to have on hand as the weather gets better, plus you can get as creative as you want with flavour combinations. Any flavour of Clear Whey Isolate is a great addition, you really can’t go wrong.

On the weekends she’s usually cooking or eating some kind of brunch, and she enjoys trying out new recipes with her housemates – especially since shaking off student habits, like mainly surviving off pasta. Above all, she’s a firm believer in keeping a balance between the gym and gin.
