Whether you’re looking for a new high-protein breakfast option or a new favourite dessert, this cheesecake is ideal. Here’s how to make it.

- Makes 1 cheesecake
Ingredients
- 100 g Greek yoghurt
- 1 scoop Very Cherry Clear Whey
- 2 rich tea biscuits
Instructions
Mix 100g yoghurt with the Clear Whey.
Crush your biscuits.
Put your biscuits at the bottom of glass.
Add the yoghurt mix.
Chill for a minimum of 4 hours.
Top with fruit, syrups, sweets or whatever else you fancy, and enjoy!
