BBQ Avocado Fingers


A low-calorie, simple and quick snack!

Enjoy these these BBQ avocado fingers any time of day – their deliciously salty-sweet taste with a melt-in-the-mouth texture will take you less than 15 minutes to prepare!




– 1 Avocado

– 2 Smoked ham slices

– 1Tsp Ketchup

– 1Tsp Brown sauce

– 1Tsp Honey

– ½ Tsp Chilli powder

– ½ Tsp Cinnamon powder




1) Cut the avocado into half and then quarters take 2 pieces of smoked ham and roll it around the avocado


2) To a bowl mix the ketchup, brown sauce, honey, chilli powder and cinnamon powder together and rub all over the ham rolls


3) Put in the oven for 10-12 minutes on 190oC until ham edges have darkened and serve
