Sweet treats like this make saying goodbye to summer so much easier.

We took a favourite autumnal treat as inspiration for one of our latest Clear Whey Protein flavour additions. There’s just something about that combination of rich, indulgent toffee and sweet, fresh apple that we can’t get enough of — especially as the temperature drops and the days start getting shorter.

This simple overnight oat recipe from @kirstyfletcher_ means that you can enjoy the irresistible taste of toffee apples in a nutritious breakfast but without all the sugar. Starting the day with a hefty hit of nearly 30g of protein, there’s no better way to fuel your body for the day ahead. Simply prep everything the night before and grab and go when you get up — perfect if you have few seconds to spare in the morning. Our advice is you make a big batch, store in containers in the fridge, and you’re sorted for the week.
