White Gold Impact Whey is an incredible shake all by itself, but in a creamy cheesecake? That's unmatched. This recipe is ready in just four steps and requires no baking or any other faff. Plus, it’s packed with 36g of protein and just 330kcal. Ideal for when you’re craving something sweet.

Crush the biscuits until they form a firm base at the bottom of your glass, mix with a splash of milk if needed, then place in the fridge for 10-15 minutes.

Combine the protein powder, yoghurt and cream cheese, then layer on top of the biscuit base.

3.

Place the cheesecake in the fridge for 30 minutes or until firm.

4.

Melt the protein spread in the microwave, before drizzling on top of your cooled cheesecake, and placing back in the fridge for an hour or until the protein spread has hardened.
