High Protein Stuffed Peppers

Yes- you heard right! Protein rice!

We’ve been getting creative with our product development team and can now officially introduce our new range of protein rice and pasta! Each serving of rice provides an enormous 30g of protein with only 10g of carbs and almost no added sugar!




Okay, okay, enough about talking this product up… there’s really no need- this recipe will definitely do the talking!

So here’s what you’ll need:


1 bag of Myprotein protein rice

½ tin of chopped tomatoes

2 bell peppers

2 broccoli florets

Half an onion

1 clove of garlic

50g of sweet corn

Italian seasoning, salt and pepper.


The Preparation


This recipe is so simple to make and creates the ultimate post-workout dinner full of protein and vegetable goodness!


Step One


Start by Preheating your oven to 180 degrees Celcius and boiling your protein rice for around 9 minutes. This rice is boil in the bag so super simple to cook with no draining required.

Slice the tops of each of your peppers and cut out the insides and seeds. Chop your onion, garlic and chosen herbs.


Step 2


In a dish mix your chopped up vegetable, seasoning and sweetcorn with half a tin of chopped tomatoes (for a thicker sauce add a tablespoon of tomato puree).


Step 3


When your rice is ready, remove the bag from the water, allow to sit for a couple of minutes and then add to your tomato and vegetable mixture.


Step 4


Spoon your stuffing mixture into each bell pepper, top with cheese if desired and add to the oven for 30 minutes.


The Eating


Once cooked remove your stuffed peppers from the oven and enjoy!
