This recipe from @kirstyfletcher_ answers all our prepping prayers. On a Sunday afternoon when you settle in to sort your weekly meal prep, you can now prep your post-gym shakes too.
The Jelly Belly Clear Whey is truly something to write home about. There’s seemingly endless recipe ideas to mix up how you meet your protein goals. And this recipe certainly doesn’t disappoint. And post a sweaty session it will hit differently.

Ingredients
- 1 scoop Berry Blue Clear Whey
- 200 ml water
- 30 g berries
- 1 can zero calorie lemonade
Instructions
1.
Add your water and Clear Whey to a shaker and pour into an ice tray.
2.
Next, add your blueberries and freeze overnight.
3.
Add your protein ice cubes to a glass and pour over your lemonade.
4.
Enjoy!
