It's not anything new to hear that talking about your mental health is important. Sharing what's on your mind with friends, family, or a therapist undoubtedly lightens the load on your mind.

But much as you might know that, it doesn't make it any easier to put into action. Talking about how your feeling can be tough, and with a stigma surrounding men's mental health, it can be even tougher for them.

In an effort to help encourage these important conversations, we've teamed up with Bottled Up Blokes, a mental health support group offering support via Whatsapp groups, Facebook groups, weekly in-person support groups, football sessions and loads more resources.

With their help, we've created a mental health toolkit, featuring conversation prompts, resources and actionable advice.
