Summer Snacks | Protein Yoghurt Lollies

 

When the heat decides to arrive be prepared with these iced protein lollies and fresh fruit!

MACROS PER LOLLY (SERVES 2)

Calories: 114          Protein: 20g          Fat: 1g          Carbs: 6g          Sugar: 6g      


Ingredients

 
2 Protein Gels – Raspberry flavour

100ml Almond Milk

10 Fresh raspberries


Method

 

  1. Empty the 2 packs of protein gels and mix with almond milk.
  2. Fill the base of ice lolly moulds with 5 raspberries each.
  3. Pour the milk and protein gel over the fruit place in the stick.
  4. Put in the freezer until completely frozen.
