Mypre Pre Workout Fruit Winder

Ingredients

 

– 2 large apples or 3 medium

– 100g blackberries or cherries (with the stones removed)

– 5 Scoops of Mypre

Method

 

a) Remove the cores from the apples and chop into 1cm sized peices ( leaving on the skins). Add to a medium sized pan and pour a small drop of water to stop the fruit sticking to the pan. Cook on a medium heat for 10 minutes.

 

b) Next Add the blackberries or cherries and bring to the boil, making sure to keep stirring constantly.

 

c) Once the mixture has made a pulp, remove from the heat and mix in 5 scoops of Mypre.

 

d) Next line a baking tray with grease proof paper. Pour the mixture over a baking paper lined tray and put in the oven on the lowest heat around 45 degrees for 3/4 hours or overnight if you are making a larger batch.

 

e) Once the fruit has dehydrated and become a leather like consistency, you can cut into 5 stripes and rolled up!
