1 Protein Gel – Peach flavour
100g Low-fat natural yoghurt
15g Omega Seed Mix
¼ Canned Peaches
30g Rolled Oats
1) Take the peaches from the can and blend with a hand blender until smooth.
2) Mix the peach protein gel with the natural yogurt.
3) Mix the rolled oats with the omega seed mix.
4) Build the layers by adding the pureed fruit to the base.
5) Add dry oats and seeds.
6) Add protein yogurt.
7) Continue the process until you have used all ingredients.
8) Top with fresh fruit.
