Healthy Desserts | Peach Protein Pot

 

Indulge yourself in this delicious layered protein pot – take 10 minutes to make it look amazing then dive in!

MACROS PER POT (MAKES 2)

Calories: 247         Protein: 18g          Fat: 6g          Carbs: 28g          Sugar: 12g      


Ingredients

 
1 Protein Gel – Peach flavour

100g Low-fat natural yoghurt

15g Omega Seed Mix

¼ Canned Peaches

30g Rolled Oats


Method

 
1) Take the peaches from the can and blend with a hand blender until smooth.

2) Mix the peach protein gel with the natural yogurt.

3) Mix the rolled oats with the omega seed mix.

4) Build the layers by adding the pureed fruit to the base.

5) Add dry oats and seeds.

6) Add protein yogurt.

7) Continue the process until you have used all ingredients.

8) Top with fresh fruit.
