Great product from myprotein for all your training goals. It gives me great sleep and i feel great the next day to carry out my daily routine on my training and i train 7 days aweek. I have used zma from other brands and to be honest they were no way as good as this and thats because its got good stuff inside without all the rubbish you don't need. 10 out of 10.

"Not for me, read and heard some good things, so got the 270 capsules but unfortunately when taking my sleep seems worse and find myself waking up during the night and have found it very difficult to get out of bed in the morning after taking these as I'm still tired. Personally wouldn't recommend, however like I say I've heard it works great for some people so if you want to try it go for it but I would recommend you try before investing your money in a big pot. As for my protein great as ever."

"Tried these at the stated dose of 3 caps an hour before bed, 1st 2 mornings i woke up with stomach pains & spent the next hour on the toilet. Reduced to 2 tabs and didnt have this problem. Must be the magnesium that im sensitive to. Cant say it improved my sleep at all as it actually felt harder to drop off to sleep & i didnt really feel refreshed in the morning. Stopped taking after a week as i was taking other products with high amounts of zinc in but will give a whirl again sometime soon."

"Really not sure why MP use Magnesium citrate when compared to say asparate it is ridiculously less absorbed. This is something MP should look into as there are many studies out there that prove that citrate form of magnesium is clearly inferior and the body can hardly uptake it. Having said that can still feel some effects deeper sleep etc but if they didnt use citrate recovery would be much better, sleep would be nicer."

"I don't know about the sleeping patterns...for some reason this things put me in a really deep sleep but make me wake up every hour on the hour at 7, 8 and 9 in the morning if i dont get up before then! When this happens though, I'm able to fall back asleep within a matter of seconds so its not really an issue, its actually a benefit if you have to wake up to an alarm every day because it doesnt come as a shock. As far as results go, these things definitely reduce recovery time and I'm convinced theyve allowed me to keep more muscle mass. One thing i don't understand is how you are supposed to have them on an empty stomache if you take a shake before bed. Either way its a fantastic product and the ratio of Mg to Zn is spot on."

"patented so all is the same so order here to save money. ive taken this for about 6 months and ive had nothing but a good experience with it i diddnt notice any ill effect by taking it with my last meal even if that was 600g of cottage cheese, the effects i have seen are the ability to train harder and heavier a deep peaceful sleep, a sence of personal well being increased sex drive (mind you i am 21 lol) and am able to hit personal bests every week the only bad thing is its realy hard to wake up after 10 hours as it tends to knock me unconcious its realy the only supplement i bother with (me personaly) and a good old protein shake in conclousion train hard take a good protein shake like impact whey and this and the rest will follow"

"The stuff dreams are made of! Literally!! I dream all the time but this is just amazing. It's like dreaming through a stadium size pa rig. The main effect I have noticed is that at my age (40) my recovery time has shortened and I can work much harder and for longer. I took them for one month whilst doing my normal 5 day per week gym routine of weight management and strengthening, and the second month of renovating a property. The renovations where harder than my normal gym routine. I flew through both. Each morning I would wake-up refreshed and ready to go. I also have had reconstructive surgery to my back so can be very stiff in the mornings but this product has reduced that.
