"The stuff dreams are made of! Literally!! I dream all the time but this is just amazing. It's like dreaming through a stadium size pa rig. The main effect I have noticed is that at my age (40) my recovery time has shortened and I can work much harder and for longer. I took them for one month whilst doing my normal 5 day per week gym routine of weight management and strengthening, and the second month of renovating a property. The renovations where harder than my normal gym routine. I flew through both. Each morning I would wake-up refreshed and ready to go. I also have had reconstructive surgery to my back so can be very stiff in the mornings but this product has reduced that. The only downside is that I am encouraged to work harder and harder, which is something I do to my own detriment. I have had to take ten days off to let my body catch-up with the sheer amount of work I have put it through in the past couple of months. I am now getting back to my normal gym routine and have started taking them again. They work for me."

"Tried this for 2 months. All I can say is it seemed to have a slight effect on sleep in a positive way. But what I can say on the negative side is the instructions make it a bit difficult to take properly. To the letter, you must have it on an empty stomach, which means you have to wait a while after your evening meal, and it also means you can NOT have your bedtime slow release protein shake either. I think whatever gains there are to be had with this suppliment are undone by the mucking about with the other important meal timings. I've tried just taking these along with meals and other supplements but don't get any of the sleep benefits at all."

"I found these really worked, definitely help to increase your gains - but as ever there's no substitute for training hard... One thing I would say is that these definitely induce a deeper sleep, if you (like me) have to wake up quite early in the mornings with an alarm, you will most likely feel rather drowsy... Unfortunately all this product has contributed to is severe back acne. I bought this product off the back of reviews that said it helps induce sleep and gives you a good rest. But what I found is it get me awake half the night (taking 3 pills at 10:00 and not getting to sleep until 1:00)

Spot on product! Helps recovery and good test boost! been using this product for a while! The weird dreams are always a cheeky bonus too! A third of the price nearly with the exact same amount of ingredients compared to a competitor's i used to take. Will not buy anywhere else now.

"Definitely works, noticed an up in growth hormone levels for sure - felt more invigorated, probably more aggressive among other effects... The increase in growth hormone was more noticeable with this than with Tribulus for example. And it definitely adds to your gains in this way. HOWEVER, I found I got really drowsy with ZMA, was waking up like a zombie even after 8/9 hours. So I would bear this in mind, definitely wouldn't recommend if you struggle to wake in the mornings, or only sleep for a few hours each night."

"SUREEEEEAL DREAMS MAN!!!!! i get really strange sureal dreams when i take this before bed! which is why i dont take it before bed anymore, but if you dont mind been chased by zombie kittens all night while you sleep then this stuff is great! i would'nt say it helps building lean tissue so much, but the general health benifits from it are fantastic!! i was taking this all winter and didnt get ill once, when all around me people were droping like flies!! Stoped taking it for a fortnight,, guess what? FLU!! Back on it now and after 1 week im feeling back to normal again! it also makes me feel more alert, vitalised and happy!! you could just buy zinc from the supermarket or supplement store for less, but i do think this is far superior and would recommend it to anyone, body building or not. you need this in your life!!
