2I found that my sleep wasn't aided. I had one nights sleep that was better than usual while taking this. Didn't see any gains in size or strength.

5This is a great supplement and the tablets are easy to swallow. I could feel the effects straight away, I would be lost without this! Fully recommend it.Goes Well With:A mouthful of water!

5I sink these tablets whenever I haven't had a shake before bed, as they shouldn't be taken with dairy. When I do take them my dreams are so vivid and I have had one experience where I was in such a deep sleep I tried to wake up when my alarm was going but I couldn't move. It's excellent if you like dreams.

5I have been getting up at the break of dawn for my training for a while now and it has to be said it has been an effort to keep it up. I had a back op around three mounts ago and I was really struggling to sleep. So the combination of the two my sleep was minimal, after taking this product I not only sleep better but waking up in the morning I feel refreshed! Great product ! Goes Well With:Advance lean bundle

"I've been using these for a week and a half now and...they can certainly help with sleep but oh good lord - be prepared for some crazy dreams! No word of a lie, since I started taking these I've been experiencing some extremely crazy dreams. Mind, it's a small price to pay for a good nights sleep. I used to get about 6/7 hours a night, now it's anything between 8/10 hours which means it may not be best to take these on a work night (I'm lucky as I work 3-on-3-off). All in all a great aid to help with rest...but those dreams, the DREAMS!!!"

5"2 Week study on ZMA. I know it works but I wanted something tangible as proof so I set about doing a controlled test both on and off ZMA using my Zeo Sleep Manager. Over a 2 week period I was able to establish that when not taking the product my deep sleep accounted for between 15-25% with periods of light and REM sleep over an 8 hour period. Running the same test using ZMA, the deep sleep increased to between 25-35% over the same period. I was acutely aware not to change my sleep habits to skew the results and even I was surprised by how much improvement I got from taking the product over this 2 week study. "

Great product from myprotein for all your training goals. It gives me great sleep and i feel great the next day to carry out my daily routine on my training and i train 7 days aweek. I have used zma from other brands and to be honest they were no way as good as this and thats because its got good stuff inside without all the rubbish you don't need. 10 out of 10.
