Protein Soups are high protein, deliciously tasting soups made with a combination of whey protein concentrate, whey protein isolate, and soy protein isolate to provide a high quality source of protein. The Protein Soups come in 4 different flavours including Thai Green Curry, Chicken, Beef and Mediterranean Tomato. Protein Soups can be easily made by mixing with hot water, making them ideal for a quick protein intake when on the go or for a high protein meal throughout the day.

For a quick and easy-to-make protein packed snack, empty 1 sachet (50g) into a bowl/mug and then add 150-250ml of boiling water (the less water the thicker the soup will be). Add half of the boiling water and stir, then add the other half of the boiling water and stir for a further 30 seconds. Warning: Contents will be HOT.
Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. This product is intended to be used alongside an active lifestyle and a balanced diet. Suitable for vegetarians.

Great as a meal replacement when on a diet, or for extra protein when bulking. Not very tasty, but in a good sense - gives you a good feeling of satiety without any craving for more. In no way does it taste bad. Does its job well.
Bought the "Mediterranean tomato" flavour soup. Absolutely gopping. Didn't mix well, tasted grainy and the flavour was bad. Waste of money, straight in the bin.Goes Well With:Chundering it down the toilet
I quite enjoy these. Tried all of them as soups and then as someone suggested - as less liquid sauces on buckwheat for example. I find these soups satisfactory. Not mind blowingly tasty, but they at fine.Goes Well With:Less water

Honestly you can taste the powder, it tastes vile it's just horrible horrible horrible. Couldn't even finish one bowl, made me gag.
Chicken - The taste isn't good and the texture is even worse. You think it's mixed it but you can feel the powder against your throat. It's so dry! Put it like this, my dog wouldn't even finish it and trust me, that's saying something.Goes Well With:A bin
Delicious isn't the word I'd use to describe these soups I've tried the chicken and tomato versions. Neither soups don't mix well and both have little taste. I've tasted much better whey-based soups from other suppliers. These are not enjoyable and I wont be buying them again. I don't expect them to be more enjoyable than real soup but these aren't even palatable. Goes Well With:added salt, pepper and lots of spice to give it some flavour
Bought the tomato flavour and it's not bad. Tastes a bit like pasta-bake sauce (note to self- try it with protein pasta next time). It took a lot of mixing- had to change arms halfway through. Creamier than I thought it would be and quiet potato-starchy, which isn't a bad thing. What is a bad thing, however, is the amount of salt! 4g per serving- I had it half an hour ago and I still feel slightly desiccated. I've had to re-adjust my evening meal plans to take into account my salt-overdose. Overall, not bad, just take care if you're trying to cut down on salt.Goes Well With:Protein Flat Bread
I like these. Taste or mixability wise, they're not worse than any other instant mug soups out there -- that being said, we're not exactly spoilt on that front. Still, the macros make up for this, and as long as these, per sachet, cost just a hair more than regular, maltodextrin and starch-bulked regular stuff, I'd totally choose these. And anyways, you can always upgrade them with a bit of tomato paste, noodles, egg yolk, croutons, bouillon cube, spring onions, vegs... whatever floats.
Thai flavour- This stuff is pretty alright tasting. Quite spicy but I like it To make - Need to add 1/3 boiling water then slowly add contents whilst stirring. Then add another third etc. Gets rid of lumps perfectly. 4 star because it's got quite a lot of sugar in?
