Powdered peanut butter is a great product for those of us that are on fat loss diets and restricting calories because it still allows for the awesome taste and flavour of peanut butter without the unwanted fat calories which are better suited for lean bulking, 20-30 grams of this mixed with 25 ml of water or pro milk 50 makes a great tasting peanut paste, it tastes exactly the same as peanut butter but without the oily texture which makes the regular version slightly tastier but this is a great alternative, it can also then be applied in paste form to some high protein bread, bagels or as a topping on protein pancakes or in protein dessert as a lower calorie higher protein alternative to peanut butter, i have even added some to chocolate caramel mywhey and it mixes to add more flavour and even slightly thicken the protein shake. This powdered peanut butter is awesome, it is a tad dry when consumed on its own and did make me cough a little but once 25 grams of this is mixed with an equal amount of water it makes a rich tasting peanut paste, it is not as rich as the fatty based oily peanut butters but is much higher in protein and lower in fat which means it is more suited to those on or coming to the end of their summer cuts, it also mixes great in unflavoured whey to enhance the flavour and with rice pudding or greek yogurt to make for a more enjoyable healthy high protein treatGoes Well With:Yogurt Protein Shakes Rice Pudding Water or Milk to make an awesome tasting peanut paste.

Thought I'd give the peanut powder a go...mainly to add to my shakes...but I have since put it in my porridge and anything else I can throw it into to top up my daily protein intake...I've got both the original and one with Stevia in it...the latter is slightly more sweeter than the original, but to be honest they're otherwise pretty much identical.. the Stevia version contains slightly more protein and so is a better option. I haven't tried it out as actual peanut butter as yet...thats my next step. Excellent buy, will definitely be getting more.Goes Well With:Protein shakes, in your porridge, anything you fancy really!

Awesome product. Oil is removed by crushing the peanuts so 70% less fat just mix with water and already contains stevia which doesn't raise blood sugar. So two tablespoons around 50 calls. V filling and versatile. Goes Well With:Smoothies, toast, sandwiches or just on its own as a snack or with chopped fruit.
