Mix 3 tablespoons of Granola (30g) with 150ml of skimmed milk in a bowl and enjoy. Tub contains approximately 25 servings.

Great stuff, needs more flavours are the raspberry had a load of dust flavouring on (which I don't like), watch the sugars myprotien. Goes Well With:On there own.
This is delicious! I have it with Soya and it goes well with the Granola. Really don't know about effectiveness.

I'm addicted to the red berry granola. So much so I feel suicidal now that it's out of stock for 14 more days... The red berry is very sweet, but I mix about 30g with 250g of Greek yoghurt and it's amazing. Practically live on the stuff pre or post workout or sometimes when I have a sweet craving, I'll add some white chocolate chips ( from any supermarket) into the mix and it's so satisfying. Was not a fan of the texture, its more like little mini coco-pops or the cereal bits you find to go with yoghurt pots, not the proper oat granola I was hoping for. Does the job, but doesnt taste that good to be honest. It gets you through your granola cravings (if you`re a granola junky like me) and stops you from finishing the whole tub since it aint that good which is great for a cut like I am on right now. Macro`s are pretty bad as well, 40g carb of which 20g of sugar per 100g in the box is bog standard supermarket granola, I was expecting a lot less for a protein granola type. Protein content of almost 40g/100g dry is great though. If you find it difficult to hit your protein target with meat, protein shakes etc and love cereals and dont care much about your sugar intake then this will help! For me, I think the Lizi`s granola will be a much better option, its a heck of a lot lower in sugar and I`m more than fine getting my daily protein intake in. Bit of oats with whey protein and some toppings is what I`m gonna stick to now!Goes Well With:Coconut milk Ontop of some protein oatmeal. Greek yogurt
I was excited to try this but like an idiot didn't check the ingredients before I purchased two jars of the chocolate. The taste is very chalky so I blended some regular muesli in there to break it up. Its less of a granola and more a bunch of rice pop ball things covered in chalky powder. I mix it with greek yogurt in the morning and blends fine for that. Nothing special and after I checked the ingredients I was floored by the sugars, oils, and soy. Won't be buying again. Yes, its less carbs than most store bought muesli but after I finish this last jar I plan on making my own "protein" granola from scratch with whey isolate powder. Very good! These keep you fuller for longer. Not keen on the raspberry flavour, as it has too much powder flavour in the granola - who ever, the chocalate is on another level!! They could do with bringing out a couple more flavours! Never the less I'm happy with the chocolate. Better than any super market granola.Goes Well With:On their own.
