Cooking appliances vary. Cooking times based on a 850W microwave. These instructions are given as a guide only. Gently shake for 10 seconds. Tear a 2cm opening each side to vent. Heat for 1 1/2 minutes. Tear off top of pack & stir. Heat for one more minute then serve. HOB: Empty contents into a saucepan. Warm over a low heat. Stir occasionally.
Store in a cool dry place. No need for refrigeration. Do not freeze. If pack is damaged or leaking do not use. Once opened, use immediately. Keep out of sight and reach of children. Not suitable for vegetarians.

Very quick to prepare, handy if you're in a hurry for a meal. Flavours are nice. You get the heat from the chilli. You can taste the various ingredients. The rice was cooked through. Can't fault it.
the Best before date is 2017 which makes me worries about what preservatives have been added to it.

Very tasty, plenty of souce, a bit more mince meat would be perfect. Not too big and so a perfect snack-type meal. Pouch top best cut with scissors rather than torn. Very quick to warm up.Goes Well With:Water to drink.

Great product for busy people. No refrigeration required just a microwave with a meal in two minutes. Calorie count is good and yet filling especially if you are watching your weight and require protein after resistance training. Reasonable "use by" date (up to 12 months) allows you to buy in larger quantities to keep average cost down and utilise discounts when offered.Goes Well With:perfect on its own but use as a topping on a baked potato for a larger meal.
This is 10/10, this tastes UNBELIEVABLE and nutrients/ calories is just great.
I was skeptical about these meal pouches when a friend suggested them to me, however once I had given them a try I haven't looked back. I have these meals for lunch at work where cooking facilities are not readily available and I don't regularly have time to prep my lunches. Really handy and stops me from buying junk and wasting my money. The Chilli Con Carne is definitely one to try if you want to err on the side of caution, however all the recipes are decent. It does come out thicker than if you cooked it from fresh, that is to be expected but do not let that put you off! 2.5 minutes in the microwave and you have a healthy lunch, who can argue with that!!

I've tried various protein meals before but none of them have been quite as tasty as this one.... The chilli also has just the right amount of 'kick' to make it tasty, but not too spicy. Not too 'soupy', which can be an issue with meals of this nature and has great macros (50/50 split protein/carbs and low in sugar & saturated fat, however, it is slightly higher in sodium than i'd like). Really convenient for work and immediately before or after a workout as there's no need to refrigerate and it takes only 2.5 mins in the microwave. A definate must buy for a busy or lazy gym goer, I've just bought 12x more pouches!. Goes Well With:On its own if you're cutting or keeping to a low calorie diet... with bread and/or rice if you are bulking.

A really nice chilli con carne, good kick to it. So easy to prepare and much better for work lunch than a Tesco 3 quid meal deal.
Just recently bought another 18 of these. Really tasty and the macros are amazing. I add a piece of protein bread and a sprinkle of cheese. Works out around 50g protein / 500 calories. Perfect cutting meal.Goes Well With:Protein bread.

Excellent and very tasty. Really quick to prepare and you can use a hob to cook the chilli, if you don't have a microwave. I usually add feta cheese to the chilli to add another texture and taste. I also generally eat this with a salad as I find I need something else with it.The chilli has a little kick but it is not at all overpowering. I regularly buy this.Goes Well With:Salad, cheese
