Only reason I bought this was because I was looking for a pre/intra workout formula without caffeine as I train late. This happened to be on offer at the time. Wasnt expecting much but I thoroughly reccomend it. Energy/Focus/Pump is ace from healthy doses of creatine and dextrose. Taste is great, mixability is OK (400ml water does trick). Keep up the great work Myprotein!!
I put 1 serving in my 1litre water bottle and drink it during my workout. It works brilliantly. I don't get any specific buzz off of it or anything. but I have noticed some differences to my workouts. I enjoy this because I feel like I have more NATURAL energy, I'm more alert and I have more endurance. Plus it's not like a pre-workout where you're wired with a tingly face for an hour afterwords. When I am weight training, I can get a good 2 or 3 extra reps out per set. I do feel like I get a bit more pump than normal. This will be partly down to the extra reps, and the ingredients. I can't lift any heavier yet, as it's early days. Time will tell. I do intense Muay Thai Classes, and this definitely helps me be more alert 40 minutes into the class. I've noticed straight after classes I can recover a little quicker and feel fairly fresh when going to bed. In terms of mixability, it's a little gritty, but anybody that has had any kind of creatine-added food/drink/powders will already expect that. So I didn't see it as a problem at all. I bought this to replace a similar product that was discontinued by Maxi-Nutrition. This one is a lot cheaper, tastes better, and way more effective. The maxi-Nutrition one did mix better, but only because it had no creatine in. Tropical Punch Flavour is great. I'll try the others next timeGoes Well With: Water, Juice,
Bought the 'Berry Blast' after being referred by a friend. I have been training for about 10 years with the last 3 being quite intense work outs 3-4 times a week. My diet is good (1 cheat meal a week) and I normally take pre workout and a post workout meal before and after each session. Overall, I found the following: 1) The taste is very good - quite sugary and this in someway acted like a pre workout in that it gave me more focus and a greater 'pump' during the work out 2) I was able to train longer without the fatigue kicking in. Normally after an hour of training at quite an intense pace, (most work outs include drop or super sets), I do begin to slow down and finish up. However I was able to train longer yet I did not feel as tired once I was taking my post workout drink. Again, all this may help but as we are all different, this drink might not help at all - just my opinion :) Goes Well With:Any good quality post workout drink
Mixes badly and tastes pretty horrible, but works really well. Whats more important?! It definately works for me.
An excellent product!! More energy during the workout and don't have that feeling of loosing muscle with prolonged exercises. The taste was not so good because i bought the flavourless one :P Next time it will be the Berry Fuse eheh

Myprotein supplements are good after a workout is one of the best time to get protein into the body so that the protein can be delivered to your muscles, to begin healing the micro tears i.e very small tears in the muscle tissue, caused by intense contraction of the muscle during workout in the muscle.Because solid food takes more time to digest and to break down the protein and send it to the muscles, it can be best to take a protein shake immediately following a workout, since protein shakes only take about thirty minutes to reach the muscle after ingestion.we can see the advantage to taking a protein.Whey protein has become a favorite supplement for those seeking to put on muscle and enhance their physiques as well as improve their health. MyProtein supplements are good for our overall health. Daily intake of protein help in reducing fat from our body. Today we will discuss about benefits of protein in our body.Protein is in the spotlight these days, with articles touting diets high in protein and advertisements for protein powders in the media. Protein is, of course, an important building block in the body, but it is not the only building block. And furthermore, protein is made up of a variety of substances, with the result that not all protein sources are equal in value. Here are some of the facts about proteins Protein is essential to a healthy heart and a healthy body; animal sources of protein including eggs are better for you nutritionally since they contain all of the essential amino acids; as with most nutrients and vitamins, both too much and too little protein have detrimental effects on the body; and, protein cannot be stocked up like fat but must be eaten daily. Protein is the basic nutrient and plays an essential role in carrying cholesterol and preventing heart disease. The human body in its complexity needs dozens of nutritive substances. The one that stands before all others is protein, or proteins, since there is not one but hundreds of kinds of protein. Here’s what protein contributes We are literally made of protein from our bones to our muscles, arteries and veins, skin, hair, and fingernails. Our heart, brain, liver, kidneys, and lungs are built of tissue made of proteins.Proteins help carry the oxygen that reddens our blood. In the form of enzymes, proteins digest our food, synthesize essential substances, and break down waste products for elimination. When fat and carbohydrates are insufficient, proteins produce the energy we need for life.Proteins in combination with a substance called sterols form hormones, which regulate the delicate chemical changes that constantly take place within the body. The chromosomes, which pass on our characteristics to our children, include protein in their structure.Protein is needed to carry fat and cholesterol throughout the body.
Really amazed me with the results. Tried it for the first time and really transform my body. I'm a 20 years girl who will represent ifbb next year and I know my protein supplements will help me.Whey protein is produced during the process that sees milk turned into cheese. It is also found naturally in dairy products, eggs, soy and vegetable proteins but none of these compares in quality to whey protein powder. It also scores highly in providing the branched chain amino acids that are important in the building and retention of muscle.Whey protein is highly favored by bodybuilders because it provides the necessary building blocks to produce the amino acids that the body uses to build lean muscle tissue. Many studies have shown that whey protein contains the perfect combination of amino acids, in just the right concentration for optimal performance in the body. It is also thought that whey protein has a role as an anti-oxidant and immune system builder. It is best taken in powder form mixed in juice or milk, spread throughout the day to maintain a positive nitrogen balance. Serious bodybuilders often consume up to one hundred fifty grams each day but as a rule of thumb, daily protein intake for active trainers can be calculated by taking your weight in pounds and multiplying by one or two. But remember, you need to work out how much protein is taken from food and other sources, and then spread the remaining whey protein balance over the day.Whey protein is a relatively safe supplement but no more than thirty grams of protein should be taken at one sitting as excessive single doses could overload the liver. The safety of whey protein has been well documented in many scientific studies and there is clear proof that taken consistently, coupled with regular exercise, it will result in meaningful muscle gain. Just recently I have been using fuse prior to my workouts. There is No problems with mixing and you can cleary see that creatine is evedent with some settlement on the bottom. The berry blast flavour tastes great . I have noticed during training a fullness and a pump and I will continue to use this prior and during my workouts. Goes Well With:Water,BCAA
I prefer this above other brands due to this cost and the mixability. With the added creatine I have noticed significant strength gains.
Excellent product, really can feel it working out! Would recommend.Goes Well With:I use with water, but can use a berry juice.
Taste good is quite strong but does the jobGoes Well With:Water or juice preferably water
i brought this item as an alternative to buying bcaa's as this was on sale. After reading some of the reviews i was prepared for the taste to be a little off, but this doesnt taste nice at all. The smell is good, it mixes well, its just the taste is disgusting. It's a medicine cross fruit juice flavour. i will not buy in this flavour again. Another reason i brought this product was for a pre/intra workout drink. I havent been taken it long enough to discuss its effects on the workout but will update this review as and when
I had come to a point where I was not going forward in my workout and cardio and had started to take rest days, mates mentioned a pre workout but trying mates formulas and looking online was a bit dubious to try something that would give me the shakes and keep my up all night. Glad I tried this as it has improved my weight training and cardio work immensely, I take this about half to three quarters of an hour before training and it last through till I finish which is usually about an hour and a half. Many say that these things are in the mind but the results are there for me to see, I use a heart rate monitor to gauge my calories and time spent and have noticed my fatigue time has dropped so my time training has dropped but my calories burning has gone up, and I have also gone up on weight and sets in my weight lifting, and also my body weight has come down. All in all I am super happy with the this product and am about to order it again, berry blast is great and really mixes well with water, couple of shakes and its ready to drink. Goes Well With:Creatine plus whey protein isolate after training.
I have only been using this product for one week so not sure if it has made a difference to my performance yet but I'm staying optimistic and will post once I notice definite results. The product itself is very sweet and no matter how much you mix it some will always stay as powder at the bottom, so would be better if it all mixed and was less sweet. But overall I am happy with the product and will update my review in time. Goes Well With:Water only, before and during workout.
I got the Fuse for the first time about a month ago and i was really happy with what i got. I use it 2 to 3 time a week and it really helps me hit my goals. It mixes grate that the taste of the berry blast is so nice the only thing i fond was that feel the surger in the drink but in saying that i got it as a pre-work so surger was expected. This was the first time i used MyProtein but defo wont be the last.Goes Well With:I think the fuse goes well with the BCAA's and also with the Thermo-Extreme
mixes well with the whey protein plus
I have tried all three flavours. I would strongly recommend the Berry Blast. Tropical is OK too but unflavoured is nasty with just water alone. I'm yet to find something nice to mix it with so any suggestions welcome.
It's great product for the price, gives me more energy to workout and with it I can always push one or two extra rep
Can't comment on true effectiveness just yet but Berry Blast tastes absolutely delicious. It almost tastes like Oasis summer fruits. I have however, noticed that I am able to recover faster and a little more energetic after just one week of supplementing with other products. Top up Fuse with dedicated BCAA in your PWO/Dextrose and sore mornings will be a thing of the past.
