The EAA is a super-convenient formula, containing all nine of the essential amino acids, to make the ultimate intra-workout shake.
With 7g of Amino9®, comprising of 4.1g of the BCAA's leucine, isoleucine, and valine, these naturally occur in protein, which helps to build and repair new muscle1 — making sure your body’s prepared to tackle your next training session.
To help you get the most out of every session we’ve added 500mg of coconut water and 466mg of the advanced electrolytes sodium, potassium and magnesium. This will help you to keep your electrolyte balance in check during your workout,2 as we’ve added the essential salts that you lose through sweat.

Amazing taste!
1 scoop in 500mls is perfect. Bought blueberry and strawberry flavour. Love it so far. Nice and light drink to boost the aminos and perfect when training! Goes Well With:Ice cold water

A must for proper hydration
Highly recommend this product. It tastes good, not too fake, doesn’t give me belly ache and has kept up with my much needed hydration levels while teaching dance & very sweaty HIIT classes. The muscle fatigue is much improved with this product too. Buy it, the clue is in the word ‘essential’ amino acids.

Works but taste is meh
Good mix of amino acids, extra electrolytes and coconut powder is nice. The taste is better than most amino acids I’ve tried but nothing amazing. However I’ve never had a good tasting EAA so I think these are just hard to flavour Goes Well With:Water

Good Stuff but too artificially sweet
Mixes well the only negative I can say is that it's artificially sweet maybe too sweet, apart from that taste is ok Maybe I'll try the blood orange next, too early for me to say if any benefits for work outs but I'm happy so far

Weird taste but effective
I train often and started feeling dehydrated (dry mouth) and due to being in mid forties (almost), I felt my energy levels weren't at their most optimum. I this item with protein shakes. The taste is weird and is a required taste which you do get used to. I will honestly state that my energy levels have gone through the roofGoes Well With:I used an empty mineral water bottle; I pour the powder in first and then fill the bottle with tap water to the top

Better than Impact EAA but not quite right.
I vowed to stay away from MP EAA Products after trying their Impact EAA and throwing it out because it tasted so bad. This EAA is OK and certainly drinkable but something just isnt quite right. After mixing and taking a sip it’s quite pleasant but it’s almost as if you have to drink it straight away, which defeats the point of an intra work out drink. As time goes it, it develops a very strange “gone off” aftertaste. It’s not terrible but it’s noticeable.
