Dosage
So I received my first helping of citrulline malate, which I'm very excited to use and see results. I am however, confused about the suggested dosage. The bag says to use 7 1/2 mini scoops (2g)... so I decided to weigh it out. I dug the scoop around and levelled it out 7 and a half times as suggested and my weighing scales record a measurement of 3.3g. So, do I use 2g 0r the 7.5 scoops as suggested? I've done some research and other sites recommend a daily dosage of 6-8g... I'm confused... RegardsGoes Well With:Ginger green tea or black coffee

scoop size?
When I first opened this and saw the scoop size I literally laughed out loud. I had read via reviews previous that its quite small (dose is 7 and half scoops..lol) The scoop is basically the size of my little finger nail. If you have a spare scoop from myprotein creatine or any other number of supplements with the 'small grey scoop' that is the correct scoop size. 7and a half scoops with the clown scoop = one full scoop with the creatine scoop

Works well but...
Been using citrulinne malate for over a month now, really helps me in the gym with energy and strength and gives me a good pump, taste is not brilliant but not disgusting tastes like haribo tangy fangs Brilliant value for money (250g bag) one thing I don’t get is to get 2gramms you need 7 and a half mini scoops!! Which is a pain why not just add a 2 gram scoop??? Anyways all good Bob :) Goes Well With:Water, bcaa

Effects of Citrulline Malate
A fantastic product for anyone looking to increase power, explosiveness and strength. It mixes easy and is immediately noticeable. I like to take mine 20-30 minutes before my a.m workout and the same with my p.m workout. It takes 3-4 days to completely saturate your body, but when it does it is incredibly beneficial; my bench press 3RM went from 110kg to 117.5kg after just two weeks of using this product and my power clean 1RM went from 100kg to 105kg in the same amount of time. This product lets the gains do the talking and it is incredibly good value for money. I would however suggest buying it in bulk to save that extra bit of money. Goes Well With:Micronized Creatine Monohydrate and Beta Alanine

Great science backed product!
I purchased this after a lot of research and I have discovered that this is probably one of the only few products on the market that have been scientifically proven to enhance physical performance and after a few weeks I can definitely see a difference in my work outs and in the bedroom department which I noticed almost straight away. In terms of taste it is very sour, I mix it with Powerade or lucozade sport and I take it with 2 beta alanine pills before I hit the gym for that extra tingle. It mixes ok but you need to stir it for a few minutes. In terms of dosage I'm roughly taking 10-15g anything less I feel is in-affective also the scoop is rubbish went straight in the bin, I use a scoop from my baby sons formula which gives me around 5g per scoop. All in all a great product and I would definitely recommend this to anybody serious about enhancing their physical performance.Goes Well With:Beta alanine Creatine

Citruline Malate
Great Product, the scoop size is a pain Myprotein should supply all products with a scoop size which matches serving otherwise its a pain. I have had to change, citruline malate is very effective and not a lot known especially in endurance arena (This improved my running to fatigue by about 15-20% , after 2 days of supplementing) Well Worth it. (MyProtein Keep Up The Good Work)Goes Well With:ACETYL L CARNITINE

Does the job with correct dosage
Firstly, if you're completing very intense exercise frequently, 2g isn't a high enough dosage. 8-10g I find optimal. I use this before weightlifting sessions and have found that it helps combat muscle fatigue post session. Particularly useful during heavy 1/2rm phases of programming. I mix with a low cal Lucozade or just a diluted squash as the unflavoured version leaves a real strange aftertaste with anything else. If you're doing high intensity, daily sessions then this is a great product to add as part of your nutrition plan. Not required when on rest days or low intensity programmes Goes Well With:Diluted juice or sports drink

Overall great
This product works great overall.. Had a really good solid pump in the gym (essential for nutrient delivery.. and looks great) The taste is quite bitter/ chemically but I now mix with a small amount of juice and just throw it back.. Only downside is the tiny little scoop especially as you need 7 of them… a larger scoop be a lot easier.Goes Well With:I take mine alongside my creatine
