Me and my brother do the same strength program and he is struggling with adding the weight on the bar more than me and the only difference between our diets is the creatine that I use. Great product... but dont use it with a citric acid drink and make sure you drink an extra 100ml of water for every gram of creatine had per day.

Hello I have used creatine mono and after a week or so. You start to see strengh increases also energy levels go up more. Then after a few weeks start to feel firmer and harder also build up better lean tissue. The price is very good value at the moment. Also the taste is ok mixed with a drink juice of some kind. I have used creatine ethyl easter the taste is really bad. Also you get the same gains using mono to ethyl no diffrence really. I rather use creatine mono due to the price and taste also value amount. The stuff really does work but has to be taken with carbs foods before work out's for best results using creatine. Anther thing to stop any pains in your stumuch you need to drink more water when using creatine water is needed at least 2 pints a day.

"I found this stuff worked great for me, i made some good gains, mixes well etc. But then i discovered CEE. CEE is more expensive but the higher absorbtion rate and without the need for any sort of loading faze the extra few pennies spent is more than worth it. \n\n"

good stuff am taking with orange juice at the moment but wondering can it be taken in a shake form with whey protien.

i have to give this 2.5 stars only because it gave me the worst stomach cramps etc. It definately works really well but after a few weeks on it everytime i took it it made me feel like my stomach was going to explode my mate also had some and it did the same to him but everyones different so you might be fine.
