5"I have used this product once before as I was going for Mens health magazine cover model, I was doing very well in my training and diet but struggled to gain the last little bit of muscle and get to where I wanted to. I started taking the a month before the competition and it was great, within 2 weeks I noticed the difference. I took pictures a month before and then when I was at the competition I came 3rd, but looking back at both sets of pictures there is no way I would have come that close to winning with out this product. The dude that won it has been taking this product for 10 years so he recommended this. remember your goals are achievable and its not cheating by getting a helping hand!"

I have been taking this for a long time and i am seeing results aswell as the impact whey protein very happy with this product mixes great i will be ordering some more soon thanks MP good work

"very fast delivery, effects of the product were felt in a couple of days, highly effective, cheap price and overall a neccassary for any athlete, would advise drinking alot of water whilst taking the produst especially during the first few days."

"It's creatine monohydrate (proven to improve strength and power) with an MP price tag! What's not to like! Can't taste any difference when 5g is added to a protein shake, also mixes perfectly. Helps me grind out those last couple of reps at the end of a set, seeing decent gains in the gym. Recommended!"

"I have found this creatine to be very effective, and very well priced compared to previous brands i have used, the next day delivery was brilliant, one thing i will say, it does not mix very well and is a bit gritty to start with but its not to bad, all in all in works and its a great product"

"Well after using the CEE tabs decided to go to powder, As described perfect by someone else this stuff is just like icing sugar! So fine! If your fed up of gritty creatine drinks this is for you :)"
