I have been taking it for four weeks now and i have noticed the difference in my recovery time aswell as a noticable difference in the effort put into my training. i add a three gram dose to my protein shake once a day then another with water in the evening, If mixed wuth protein shake's you can tell its in there but best thing to do is just down the stuff anyway and get it inside you so people please stop moaning about the taste of these types of products. "Having never used this supplement before I was suprised how bad this tastes! Usually I would not complain about taste as having unflavoured whey is not a problem for me. However just mixing this with a shaker does not mix well enough as it still retains loads of powder. Usually you have to drink this with something to hide the taste such as orange juice for example. As for effectiveness it does give you a bit of a strength boost if you want to bust out a few extra reps. It is effective and will help a bit though I wouldn't rely on it solely for strength gains. My main issue with this product is that when i take it I'am extremely dehydrated and feel slightly nauseous way more than any product i have taken. This might not be true for everyone but If i take it it will be in tablet form on the safe side, I dont doubt the quality of myprotein products but this might not be for everyone!"

Will people stop whinging about mixability. Creatine monohydrate does not mix well in anything.-No matter who makes it ! MPs is as good as any and cheaper than most. I take mine pre training with BCAA/EAA powder and caffeine (or thermopure) in a starved state. I mix the powders with the smallest amount of WARM water that will dissolve it and just neck it. Once down I bang some cold water on top with a Thermo tablet and job done. Straight after training I take a double scoop of I Whey after necking the same mix as pre workout but without the Thermo. Doesn't matter about the taste...it works. This system has meant that when taking Creatine I am 5% heavier and my training output increases by 10%. It works it is slightly more gritty
