"I have been using this for 4 weeks and it's making a difference. I didn't notice anything different for the first 2 weeks but now my workouts are great and I feel more energetic and are lifting more without feel tried. I also take it with Impact Whey Protein. "It does give me a funny stomach in the loading phase. you do need a loading phase, it does take a while to mix in fully, it doesnt taste great. \nITS CREATINE.\nThese things are standard. throw it in with your pre-workout shake, you wont taste it. might get a bit gritty at the bottom. on the other hand, the realistic bodybuilders hand, its cheap, and it works. more power, sustained workouts, better contractions. \nITS CREATINE.\nWhat did you expect?\nIm happy."

Ordered lunchtime yesterday and its just arrived on my doorstep 24 hours later so i recommend using the Royal Mail service and its also the cheapest. Will let you know the outcome of using it in a later review

"been taking this with HMB.\n\nI've been taking this since 9th Sept', so for a month now. I was 12st 8lb I'm now 13st, a gain of 6lb. \nStronger in the gym in a lot of instances lifting more, also lean gains e.g. on 9th of Sept i took mesurements and arms were 15.6inches and now a solid 16inches Chest was 44.5 now 46inches."

"Having used MP standard Mono formula for several months, I have to say Creapure was superior. It doesn't mix quite as well, but the impact it had on my physique was much better. I have to use twice as much MP Mono to get the same effect as the Creapure stuff, so the latter actually works out cheaper than MP mono for me. Also, I'm slightly more comforted that this is a "purer" creatine."

"I TOOK CREATINE YEARS AGO AND WASNT IMPRESSED. I HAD A ELBOW SURGERY 6MONTHS AGO AND IT TOOK ME A WHILE TO GET FROM 60LB DUMBBELL PRESS TO THE 100LB DUMBBELLS. 3WEEKS AGO MY TRAINING PARTNER GAVE ME 500G OF MP CREATINE TO TRY AS HE SAYS ITS FANTASTIC. FOR THE FIRST WEEK I TOOK 10GRAMS A DAY THEN 5G THERE AFTER I ABSOLUTELY BATTERED 10 REPS TODAY WITH THE 100s, SO I TRIED THE 130s WHICH I WAS DOING BEFORE I WAS INJURED. I GOT FIVE REPS WITHOUT SPOT. I BELIEVE THE CREATINE REALLY DOES GIVE THE POWER BOOST IT SAYS IT DOES."

"I'm a first time buyer on this site & ordered this creatine and HMB on Sat 5th Sept 09 and it came on Tues 8th Sept so good shipping(i went for the cheapest to see how long it would take) will let you all know how it goes and everyone says the HMB has bad taste, It's not bad to be honest you can hardly taste anything and creatine is taste free good good!!"

I took 5g every morning at around 7.30 and 5g before my workout and my workouts felt better and it really helped me push out the last few reps of a set. in about a month I had gained 7lbs in weight but I know a lot of this would be water. when I stopped taking it as regularly I stopped gaining weight so if you are going to buy this product take it at regular times as when i began taking it regulary again I began to put on more weight.
