Quality sleep guaranteed
5I now take this religiously. I find that it helps me get to sleep quickly and provides quality sleep for recovery. For me, due to a busy routine and often the need to get up early, quality is really important and this stuff does the job. I've also used it on long haul flights.

Got these for my anxiety
5I got these for my anxiety as I used to take a combination of Magnesium with HTP. As I couldn't find these tablets I thought I'd give the HTP a go on their own, (I still take magnesium also), but I definitely feel like these tablets made a difference. I get anxious after drinking and taking one of these before sleep 100% made an impact! I took them for about 3 weeks and then stopped as I don't want to become dependant on them, but even just having them as a resource for those anxious times, they are definitely good to have. Goes Well With:Magnesium

5htp capsules, definitely work for me
5I buy these to elevate my mood, without them I feel really down and irritable. These definitely work, plus I've recommended them to friends who have been feeling low and they've worked for them too. I've scored 5 for taste because they don't taste of anything and 1 for mixability because I don't mix with anything so don't know.

Good nights sleep
5Only been taking this for about a week and I've noticed a difference in how easy I fall to sleep and how deep I sleep, I wake feeling like I've had a good night's sleep, would recommend to anyone who needs the extra bit of help for sleeping.

I wake up before my alarm now
5I am by no means a morning person, so whilst this supplement hasn't had necessarily help me get more sleep I do wake up feeling refreshed more often than not, even if only getting 5 hours.

Very useful for sleep
5Take one 30 mins before bed and get a notable increase in my fitbit sleep score - roughly 5 points better - which makes a massive difference in how I feel throughout the day
