Seem to be doing something good.
4I am taking a range of supplements at the moment from myprotien/myvitamins including 5-HTP before before bed with ZMA. I have found my mood to be lifted with better energy levels. In total, I take these alongside Turmeric and Bioperine, Alpha Men, Macca, ALA Acid

it seems it works
5Since I started taking this I feel a bit more energetic and the mood is definitely higher, overall is a great product the only thing it should be improved is the taste. It seems you are swallowing a dead fish, also It's not clear for how long it should be taken, if you need to have a break every now and then or you can keep taking it as long as you want (maybe this can be an hint to improve the instructions). Over than that I believe it does what it claims, so very happy with this product.

Like a charm
5I use these after a night out to help restore my serotonin levels. Normally I'd use the expensive ones but honestly... These inexpensive ones did the exact same for me. Worked like a charm. No flavour, easy to swallow. Low cost and same result as expensive brands.

Excellent tablets.
5Suggested serving isn’t optimal, one tablet a night isn’t effective so I take five and that is the perfect amount. They help me sleep a lot better, so if you struggle with this, they are worth the money. Goes Well With:Casein.

Fixed my sleep
5I have really struggled with a normal health sleeping pattern for most my life (24yrs). Have been taking these for just over a week about an hour or two after dinner and I've not been able to stay awake passed midnight these last few days. Feel so much better, mentally and physically now. Highly recommended these to anyone that struggles with their sleep.

Amazing
5I started using these to help regulate my mood, my down days became more often than not. When I started the gym I decided to give these a go and honestly I don't know whether it's the gym or these however I have never felt better. I've been on and off antidepressants since I was 14 (now 26) so to be able to take something that doesn't numb me mentally but makes me feel less anxious is amazing

Works just as well as any other brand that’s more expensive
5Other HTP5 brands, in my experience , cost an arm and a leg. I noticed no difference switching to these reasonably priced HTP5 capsules :) worked just as well, regulate my mood and sleep. There is a possibility that there’s an appetite suppressant, but that could also be due to getting better sleep!
