Was havin vivid dreams and nightmares coz i was off it for about a fortnight. came back on it last night. and i slept like a baby for a full 12 hours. feel recovered and its my off day-so big lifting 2moro!

I decided to start taking this product because I often have trouble sleeping. Pretty much as soon as I started taking this as suggested I have been sleeping like a baby and dreaming more. Which suggests to me I'm hitting REM asleep more often and for longer. Not sure about curbing appetite as I don't tend to wake up in the middle of the night hungry. For aiding natural sleep I would recommend it.
