Still early days!
5I haven’t been taking these that long but I think I’m noticing a difference in my mood in the morning as I suffer from low mood, but these seem to be making a difference. Relatively no taste so it’s an easy addition to my supplement/vitamin intake routine. Just have one with a glass of water before bed!Goes Well With:Zinc and magnesium!

Not so sleepy tablets
4Been taking one tablet a day half hour before bed for couple of months now. Don't find they aid with sleep but do seem to have a bit of a calming effect on me so will keep taking them for this benefit. Did try taking two tablets but intially felt groggy the next day so sticking with one.

Great product
5Bought a few times now. Easy to swallow and use in conjunction with pre workouts, creatine and protein as well as other vitamins. Wokrs well and can really feel the serotonin build up.

Promote restful sleep
4Took one before bed and really noticed the difference, I was not restless once in bed and I also woke up slot less so a great product
