nice &very tasty (to coconut)
5Coconpure is great to add in the menu, for breakfast (brown bread, coconut, peanut butter and nutella or jam) in protein milkshakes, flapjaks, thai and indian food, curries, chillies, cakes.. just change butter for this. If you like coconut taste you'll love it but if you don't..do not even try it, gives a lot of flavour to the dishes you cook with. Me? I've been using it for months, I can't really tell the difference but if I would be using butter most probably I would have a different body, also I'm on diet and i'm achieving excellent results but obviously I'm training very hard!

5Our family love this Coconpure - due to it's taste, texture and non-lingering smell after frying. Most of all we enjoy coconpure's health benefit - it's a pleasure to eat knowing that we can enjoy the taste and stay healthy. Coconpure is easy to store and has a long expiry date keeping wastage to zero in our house. There is no mess using this oil, it's excellent and essential.Goes Well With:French toast, fried eggs, actually-anything in the frying pan

3There is a slight taste of petroleum jelly or vaseline if you like. I had tried someone else's version of this before Myprotein's own and it was better but more expensive which leaves me asking "Is this stuff actually pure?". The consistency is also like petroleum jelly which probably makes this an effective skin conditioner.Goes Well With:Dry skin.

Brilliant stuff
5I use a heaped teaspoon of this in my morning kale shake (powerful Joe Rogan) as well as using it in the majority of my frying. It does have a coconut flavour so take this into consideration when making food as it might impair the flavour. It has fantastic health benefits as well!Goes Well With:Shakes, cooking
