5Excellent quality product and better value for money than the sizes and brands available in Holland and Barrett. Great for cooking steak, chicken, fish and veg with and can also be used as a moisturiser for the skin.

4I've read about Coconpure recently as a health aid, so I'm giving it a try on this basis. I've no idea about the effectiveness so far.Goes Well With:Cereal, yoghurt, toasted bagels.

Use it!
5I love Coconpure. I use it for frying and it doesn't impart a coconut taste. I don't like the taste of coconut so that was a huge bonus for me. It's great to be able to cook with an oil whilst being safe in the knowledge that I'm using a quality product with massive health benefits.Goes Well With:Frying foods.

Helps skin heal from Shingles
5I've been suffering from Shingles on my face for the past few days and applied this Coconpure to the skin and it really helped stop my skin from drying. I can see that the skin is healing much faster and with less marks. I even apply this when I go to bed at night and just put a towel over my pillow to absorb the excess oil.

Good but smoky some times
4First time using it, will be using again. Find that it gives a nice light coconut flavour to some meals. Great source for your MCT. I would reccomend when frying food using a non stick pan, as can get very very smoky but never have that problem using a good quality pan.

5Excellent product. Cheaper than everywhere else even with delivery. Subtle coconut taste which family members appreciatr as there not cocnut fans. Can't taste coconpure much when cooking. I do prefere a slightly stronger flavour but its still scrummy.

Myprotein Coconpure
5This Myprotein Coconpure is an amazing product. It's very heat stable and tasty, even on its own. When cooking with it, I always lick the spoon I use to transport it from the tub clean. It may add a hint of coconut flavour to certain foods (though I've only noticed this with eggs), but this can actually improve the taste rather than spoil it. I would recommend this to anyone looking to use a healthy, heat-stable oil in their cooking adventures!
