5This is a fantastic product to cook with if you like the taste of coconut. It taste so good that I have a spoonful in my coffee and hot chocolate. I will certainly be buying this product again.

4Adds amazing flavour to food, much better option than your typical oils and butter. Goes Well With:Rice (especially if you're making coconut rice), meats and fish.

Good product
4Coconpure is a good product, but it's definitely less tasty than other coconut oils I've tried. I know this is really picky, but coming in a plastic tub makes it feel cheap, especially when you consider it's a premium product that every other brand sells in glass jars. Goes Well With:MP Almond butter, Whey Protein, Egg White Powder, Milk Protein Smooth.

brilliant for cooking
5Coconpure is brilliant for cooking, it's better than any oils and doesn't stick your food to the pan and you only need a little bit. It can make your food taste a little like coconut, I use it for cooking eggs but I don't mind the taste of coconut.

Excellent
5This is an excellent product. The health benefits if true make it better than anyting you probably currently use. I have no idea if it has any effect on me but if you are making any spice meal it is fantastic. This is part of a new regime for me being a 53 year old semi fitness fanatic. I have bought a number of products on the advice of my son, all from MY protein and have yet to be other than totally satisfied.Goes Well With:Anything I would imagine

4Coconpure is not the best coconut oil I've had, but not the worst. It has a decent taste, texture and price.Goes Well With:Eggs, stir fries, fish, chicken, peanut butter, chocolate, on a spoon.

Taste of Paradise
5This Coconpure is incredible, it smells divine and tastes of coconuts! Unlike lots of other cheap coconut oils, this is the business. It's the best thing I've bought for a while. I use it as a cooking oil for frying or sautéing. Nothing sticks to the pan or burns. I couldn't imagine cooking without it.

Healthy
5Coconpure is an awesomely healthy fat to cook with or just add to foods to ensure adequate fat intake from quality sources. In terms of cooking I stick to butter and this.Goes Well With:shakes, coffee, veggies (stir-frying)
