5Have been using my protein products for a while now and I can’t fault any of the products. And definitely the coconut oil is on of the best in the market

5Really nice oil..... Nice smooth consistency. Use for cooking and saves a bundle on olive oil, which was my previous go to. Added extra.... I rub the excess from the spoon on my hands, no more dry chapped hands DOUBLE WAMMY!!!!!

Great for fry cooking
5I use coconut oil to do all my fry cooking. Excellent source of good fat addition to my nutritional needs. Use on a low heat to maintain the benefits from the oil.Goes Well With:Frying

5Excellent oil, use it on skin as moisturiser and in cooking. Taste is so good and healthy Goes Well With:Making fry eggs and stir frying vegetables

A total waste of money.
1This coconut oil is advertised as virgin and unrefined, My Protein is also bold enough to say it's of "finest quality". That could not be further from the truth. They have denaturalized the oil in order to make it "stable" therefore it has basically no smell at all (which is the whole purpose of purchasing unrefined and cold pressed). The texture is also messed up, it's oddly hard when solidified at room temperature (and it's summer) I purchased multiple of these jars hoping to get a high quality product, but unfortunately I've wasted my money. ***please don't waste your money on this mediocre item***Goes Well With:Oh, absolutely nothing. Try not using it at all.

Excellent coconut oil!
5I've been consistently using this coconut oil for over two year now and it's always been excellent in terms of quality and taste as well. I use some of for my brown rice cooking and it's never let me down. I've also tried using it to make sunny side up eggs which tasted great I felt! =)

5I love this product, it’s definitely priced well. It tastes nice long lasting and full of flavour. I’m so happy i picked this item as it’s a alternative for normal cooking oil. It does the same job and really healthy for you!! Really recommend this Goes Well With:Omelette and other foods you make
