helps you sleep
5Great product was recommended by a friend to take this to aid sleep after an intense workout. This really does put you in a deep sleep which is great for me being a light sleeper. I haven't had any of the freaky dreams people have mentioned but that could be because I'm in too deep of a sleep. Not sure if it aids recovery muscle wise as I already take BCAA's but I may just try taking it to see if it works for a week.Goes Well With:BCAA's

4I've been taking this regularly for 9 months. It's taken on training days only. The benefits are subtle and very hard to quantify without using scientific data. My experience is anecdotal. It helps you sleep, gives you amplified dreams. Not sure if it helps you recover BUT my weight has dropped by 24lbs, toning increased, strength increased, and mentally feel much better. I have increased my training intensity and mix. I will continue to use this product as it is part of a routine but I would like to see scientific data to show it's 'true' performance.

5This is a must have for me. After a couple of nights taking them they were very effective on helpin with sleep and waking up.Goes Well With:Gym? Sleep? Creatine mono?

It helps, I think
4It's hard to say definitively say 'Yes this helps' as it is subtle. It definitely helps you sleep and have crazy wonderful dreams. The rest, well I have lost a lot of weight and toned -up nicely over the past 3 months. I use this on training days only.

4Best tasting creatine supplement I've ever had!!! If there was a bigger packet I would buy it. Goes Well With:Anything as it's just sweet.

5New product to me and to be honest can't say I have really noticed that it has had an effect on my overall well being. But the way I look at it is that it is not going to do me any harm.Goes Well With:Water and any multi vitamin

5Weight training at the moment, was recommended to try this product to help with recovery... Recovery was amazing, felt amazing when I woke up, it helped to have deeper sleep so next day I could go work and hit the gym after without feeling sore. Defo a must esp for weight training.
