5Wanted a product that improved my quality of sleep and I was a bit dubious at first, so tried the smaller size (90 capsules) and was impressed with the results. When I use this I find if I only catch 6 hours of sleep, it feels like I've had at least 8. It doesn't make it easier/harder to get off to sleep, but ensures it's a sleep of higher quality. Taste just like any other tablet, and is normal size. Highly recommend it to anyone who wants to make the most of their recovery and don't know how I survived without it before! 5Taken on workout days i find that i get a good nights sleep and feel alot less sore the next day. Just make sure you take 1h before any casein protein as can be blocked by it.

4Doesn't make me feel tired or anything like that, how ever have noticed I do sleep deeper as haven't even woken up when my phone rings (which usually wakes me up). I like the capsules as can't taste anything. Would buy again. I take 2 every evening 1 hour before due to sleep.

5ive been taking this supp for about a year to help me sleep (cheep generic types) myprotein ones were twice as much as the ones i was getting im cycling these with the sleepmax tablets 4 weeks on the sleepmax tablets 2 weeks on this productGoes Well With:dark room
