4The tablets are very effective, combined with proper diet and exercise - have noticed overall aesthetic improvements. Also, definitely been able to get much deeper sleeps since taking this product. Good value for money!

Take after a hard session
4I've used this one for about two weeks now, I found if I used it after a heavy session of sparring before bed it was very effective at helping me recover and feel more energised. Goes Well With:Water and at least 8 hours sleep but 9 to 10 would be better.
