Know your magnesium
3Know your magnesium before buying the first one that you see. I took these for nearly two months and ended up with chronic stomach pains. I put this down to too much whey protein, but then someone mentioned that there are a number of different magnesium’s and they all do different things. After a few days of research through numerous sources I found out that This particular one - magnesium citrate works as a laxative which explains the chronic stomach pains. Within two days of stopping these I was back to normal with the pain and bloating gone. Not everyone may react the way I did, but the takeaway here is find out what magnesium you need first. This is something I would have hoped that MP would have labelled, but you live and learn.

Energy boost
5I got these to try as I suffer a lot with fatigue and joint pain due to fibromyalgia. Since taking these in a morning I’ve had so much more energy in a morning than I’ve had in years. Definitely worth the money and I’ll be buying them again.

5These are the best 👌👌💪💪 so much more energy Keep to direction of how to use following a good meal plan and get the right amount of sleep these will enhance performance most of all fatigue I don’t any tiredness anymore these will all way be in my diet

Great product
5Great product. After 1 to 2 weeks, they start working and yes, at some point while I am in the bed I just feel sleepy all of sudden, and if you get that timeframe, you just sleep. Obviously is not a magic pill, but I would say it helps me to sleep pretty easily.

5Dope product overall, but would be nice to have 100% of the daily Magnesium intake!!

4Good value product. Quite big but fairly easy to swallow. Don't taste good on the tongue but no nasty aftertaste.
