With a quick Google Magnesium you'll find that Citrate is a mild laxative and does in fact have nothing to do with helping you sleep as some reviews on here say.

90 caps = 90 days = value for money for sure 1 thing you really notice is they are HUGE so if you struggle to swallow large capsules these might not be for you. Ingredients list is spot on Will fill that gap in my supplementation very nicely

Absolutely great for a good nights sleep if taken an hour or so before bed. Haven’t slept this good in years. Would recommend if you find it difficult to get magnesium and zinc from your regular diet!! Best there is.
