4Hello folks, If you are training for an event strongman/bodybuilding etc. you must take this to aid rest and recovery. Do not bother if you are casual tripod and instagram lifter!Goes Well With:Hard work!

Migraines
5I normally use the My Vitamins Magnesium on their own, however, they have been out of stock for some time. These are a fantastic alternative and I take one before bed to help reducing migraine symptoms. I have only been taking these around 1 week, however, they seem to be doing the job. I have also found that taking before bed helps me get a better sleep. Goes Well With:Water

5I have been taking these pills for a couple of months and they work amazingly. I usually take them before bed and the difference is sleep is crazy, it helps me sleep better and i fall into much deeper sleeps, would recommend!Goes Well With:Goes Well With -Water
