5Total Protein is great! I was recommended it by friends who also use Myprotein and it really does work well, I have always struggled as a teenager to put on weight due to a high metabolism but Total Protein is helping me start to slowly gain more muscle and put on the weight I want to! The product mixes incredibly well and takes no time at all to mix! It tastes really good and I love the chocolate mint flavour! The only flavour I have tried and had bad feedback from is chocolate smooth. Overall it's a great purchase at a great price!

Excellent product
5I'm on a low carb diet and Total Protein works wonders. I don't feel the need to snack anymore throughout the day. The only negative is the taste, it's not awful but is certainly bearable but I think that I will probably be better with strawberry or banana as I like fruity tastes rather than chocolate but that was a poor choice on my part. Myprotein.com please make samples of this as I would like to try all flavours!

5Awesome supplement with so many benefits. If you train right, the results are fast with Total Protein. Ideal for post workout and it's particularly good just before bed due to its slow release proteins, Overall a 5 star product. This is highly recommended.

Wakeup Call
5Excellent start to the day. Even my wife has started taking it who doesn't get much protein in her diet and says it starts her day like an espresso. This shake keeps you covered and if your work out is some hours away from early AM then you can do your Pre-Post Whey and an early evening Total again. It also mixes great with Instant Oats for your carb need for AM workout if you don't have time or the stomach for a hefty breakfast. I use unflavored shakes. I don't need the sugar. Just the Bedtime extreme is chocolate and that has taken care of my night time sweet tooth gratefully so 10/10 for all Myprotein stuff so far!Goes Well With:Intastnt Oats and Impact Whey Plus. I don't mix stuff in my shakes for taste so sorry no comments.

Total Protein - Good
4I like this Total Protein, it tastes nice and mixes quite well. You don't really get any lumps in the bottom of the container. I just ordered my second batch but for some reason, this batch tastes very 'bitty' compared to the last one.

main supplement
5Have been using Total Protein for well over a year now, and despite still checking out the alternatives, nothing touches it for value, balanced against the amount of protein delivered per serving.... we generally get through a 5kg pouch each month (for two of us). Certainly works for us.

Ingredients have changed
3I've brought this product for the past few months, only because of the 3 protein ingredients where really good. I ordered another 5kg bag last week, I only realized when it arrived that one extra Ingredient has been added which was Milk protein. Milk protein is the first Ingredient on the label, which means it has the highest type of protein out the four of them and milk protein is cheap and not as effective, so I wont be buying this again unfortunately!
