Good quality protein
4I've been using unflavored protein shakes for a year now to watch my sugar intake, and most taste disgusting. Considering I was paying over £60 a month on Whey and Casein from a rival company, Total Protein gave me everything I needed and near enough the same dosage while also adding egg white protein to the mix. I use two scoops when I wake up with 30g of ground oats which gives me a breakfast of 350Kcal and 50g slow, medium and fast digesting protein. I use it after my workout, or on off days before bed. It's helped me bulk up from 145lbs to 152lbs in a fortnight along with training five nights a week and eating clean which I'm astounded by. The taste isn't too bad, it mixes well and although I have good genetics and a fast metabolism it's helped me gain muscle without body fat. 2.5kg will last you five - six weeks depending how much you are taking. I have 120g through the day and it lasts me over a month while adding 100g of protein to my diet a day. It's awesome! Goes Well With:Oats, Udo's Oil, Maca Powder

5Total Protein is fantastic, all the products I have found to have high biological validity, and it does what it says on the tin. Also it's relatively good value for money, the only negative point is inconsistent delivery and efficiency.

Total Protein
4Total Protein is really high in protein which is why I chose this product. It repairs muscles well. It isn't the best for taste or mixability, but it isn't too bad. Overall I'm happy with this purchase.Goes Well With:A really hard workout.

5I have been trawling the net for a long time now for a protein powder that is just protein and lots of it! Finally I found Total Protein. It has a very high protein percentage and for that you don't need to guzzle down massive scoops of powder. Just 300 ml of water with two scoops (60g total) will give you nearly 40g of protein, and the taste is great too! Total Protein has three different protein sources which metabolise at slow, medium and fast speeds to give you long lasting recovery after those tough workouts. This is an excellent powder for those looking to add lean muscle without the carbs and potential fat, but if you feel like you need the energy Total Protein mixes really well MyProtein's waxy maize or dextrose etc. I stand by this powder as a great fat free muscle builder and would highly recommend it to all.Goes Well With:Dextrose, Maltodextrin and Waxy Maize.

Shake for longer
4When I first got this Total Protein I thought it was the worst I'd ever had, but simply shaking it for longer than you would for normal shakes mixes it pretty well and you only get a few bits at the bottom. It's a very good and varied serving of protein per serving and does the job. I'm back for another batch of the vanilla. Anyone complaining about taste, shake it for longer and at the end of the day you cannot be that committed if you are worried about a little powder.Goes Well With:T-matrix, CLA, Alpha Men

3Total Protein is a good product and tastes OK. It doesn't seem to mix well at all though. I've tried milk and water various amounts, and it still struggles to completely dissolve and affects the taste and enjoyment of drinking it, as it's very bitty and spoils the drink.Goes Well With:Milk and water if you can get it to dissolve

4Total Protein is a very good quality protein. You're getting a very good mix of fast and slow acting protein, which is great for people who don't have the opportunity to eat good quality protein every couple of hours. The flavour is good, I got the milk chocolate and it is very nice, however the texture is not so good. It mixes very grainy and took a while to get used to. This said, I am not drinking this for the texture, I'm drinking this for the results, and so far so good. In conclusion, it's a great protein at an affordable price if you don't mind a slightly grainy shake.

Total Protein
4I have been using Total Protein for a while and have always achieved good results from its use. Although it didn't mix badly before, I have noticed with my most recent purchase an increase in its mixability. One point to note is the seal on the bag has a tendency to come off, meaning that you can't reseal it, but this is only a minor inconvenience for me.
