"When people look at reviews, they want to know what it actually DOES. Every single person on this page writes an entire essay about how it tastes and its mixibility. Maybe someone could gain a bit of sense and perhaps write a review after 6 weeks of taking it and not talk about 'it tastes wonderful'."

"i thought i'd try this as an 'upgrade' from my usual WPI protein shake, which i generally find fairly unsatisfying, non-filling and watery.\n\nAm very impressed. Even mixed with water the texture is great. It is much thicker than a normal whey shake, and keeps you full up for longer, so it is a good 'snack' substitute. Even though i bought it unflavoured, it has a pleasant mild vanilla smell. No side effects - i.e. gas, belching, etc."

"Just finished my 1st kg of Total Protein and i'm very pleased. Got choc smooth with the sweetener and taste is great. No digestive problems unlike other named brands. Good results, will def re-order."

can we please know somehow if this product is veggie or not? Its just about time for ordering a new bag of protein for the next 3 months and I dont know if its suitable for vegetarians or should I use whey only forever? please?

this is the best protien ive ever had. i have it in choc flavour and it tastes sooo good. has a oaty kinda of texture but does not have any oats in it. i use it for post workout and before sleep and am getting leaner by the weeks.

"I ordered 1kg of Total Protein, and it arrived about 10 minutes ago. Well, I tried some, and its really good! It mixes very easily. Usually some shakes leave a thick froth on top, but this one dissolves really fast. I also like the strong sweet taste. Its not very thick, so I assume you can mix it with fruit juice or something else, and have no problems. I will write another review once I have finished the tub! So far, it seems great. Would recommend this over Bed Time or Whey Isolate."

"Don't usually do reviews but this stuff is magic. Great value for money, good taste and texture (thicker than whey) good blend of proteins. I'm feeling fuller and holding onto more size since using this stuff."
